We regularly visit schools to support teachers in explaining the humanist worldview. This can be customized based on school needs and is available to both primary schools and secondary schools.

Matt Evans is a retired equity analyst. He worked in Hong Kong from 1994-2001 and Seoul, South Korea from 2001-2017. 

During his Korea days, Matt worked at at CLSA, a leading institutional broker in Asia. In his most recent role before leaving the profession, he was the lead analyst researching Korea's technology sector. This included coverage of Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix and LG Electronics. 

In the 2015 Thomson Reuters StarMine Analyst Awards Asia, he received first place in the category of overall stock picker. This covered all sectors and markets in Asia.  

He began attending Bristol Humanist events in 2018 and was a committee member in 2019. Matt is a Humanists UK school speaker.


Like many other British humanists, Matt's atheism was born during his years of compulsory school chapel attendance.
